METABOLIC CONDITIONING CLASSES
Coached group classes with a focus on functional movements performed at high-intensity, mixing weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.
We start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a strength or skill session focusing on movements like squats, deadlifts, or Olympic lifts. The conditioning section varies daily but often involves a combination of exercises such as pull-ups, kettlebell swings, box jumps, and rowing or running.
Exercises are tailored to your abilities and fitness level, so everyone can participate safely and progress at their own pace in a supportive and friendly community.
