METABOLIC CONDITIONING CLASSES

Coached group classes with a focus on functional movements performed at high-intensity, mixing weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.

We start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a strength or skill session focusing on movements like squats, deadlifts, or Olympic lifts. The conditioning section varies daily but often involves a combination of exercises such as pull-ups, kettlebell swings, box jumps, and rowing or running.

Exercises are tailored to your abilities and fitness level, so everyone can participate safely and progress at their own pace in a supportive and friendly community.

Migdalia also known as Mig or Migs started coaching in May 2012.

Throughout her own journey to better herself and care for others, she has become certified in several modalities of fitness such as: CrossFit L1, L2, CrossFit Gymnastics, Mobility, CrossFit Kids, BirthFit, USA Weightlifting, HSN Nutrition & Precision Nutrition.
